How many screens do you see and roughly how much time do you spend on looking at those screens?
Now make a list of how much ‘Green Time’ or physical activity you participate in a day. Again, start in the morning and finish the list when you go to bed.
How much physical activity or ‘Green Time’ do you participate in a day? Is it enough to fulfill the daily recommendation of 60 minutes per day?
How much Screen Time is too much? Is there such a thing? Do you think you should limit your Screen Time? What are the positives of Screen Time? What are the negatives of Screen Time?
